Excellent , professional , affordable , you can feel their love to what they do ..... These guys brought happiness to our family big time . We got a beagle puppy from Europets last week and it has been a wonderful experience . To start with you need to know that me and my wife went to almost all the pet shops looking for a new member to join our family it was a disaster combination of outrageous prices and poor health puppies . Until we found EuroPets . The only annoying thing is that they are located in Jumeirah lake towers . And if you have never visited JLT before you can get lost easily . When we walked in the shop we can see the difference immediately . The smell is amazing , staff very helpful . Best part is their puppies . They have a big playground for puppies where all the puppies are free and not locked in cages like the other pet stores . They had 8 other dog breeds available which was also a plus point for us choosing our puppy . We were lucky meeting the owner which we discovered later that he is often available in the store taking care of business . A friendly guy who has plenty of information and experience with PETs to share with clients . When we chose our puppy we started negotiating on the price and managed to get a 1000 dirhams discount on the puppy price . Then we signed something called a DOG BILL OF SALE which stated our warranties and rights . Made us very comfortable by it self . Along with that he handed us a voucher of free puppy full check up with a veterinary hospital in dubai . ( I will review that hospital separately - they were good as well ) . Anyhow .. Here is something about our experience with their after sale . We received calls from EuroPets the next day and the day after asking us if we were satisfied and if the dog had any issues adapting to new place such as stomach upsets etc .. , we had actually no issues and the puppy was very active and healthy and adapting smoothly to our 1 bed room flat . The third day I was at work and my wife called me saying that she spotted something that looks like a worm in his poop (which We already knew is common with all puppies ) , I called the manager at EuroPets and told him that I am at work and can't take the puppy to the vet at the time . I was surprised when he offered to get the puppy to the vet and give him the deworming tablet immediately with his personal car, and later on didn't accept any money in return for it . All of this going in while our health warranty has already ended. In general ............. We are very impressed and satisfied . As I said in the beginning our family is happy.
