WHO WE ARE !

Coming from different Nationalities our team has a great collection of many backgrounds and many different creative ways of thinking but in the end we all share the same goal and target.

We Speak many languages including : Arabic, English , Hungarian , French , Russian, Tagalog , Hindi, Urdu and Tamil.

All being animal lovers , most of us have our own dogs at home ,

Some of us have been in the Dog and pets Field for over 25 Years others at least 5 years .

Our Knowledge is always expanding as we always attend new Training courses to stay up to date in the field of animal care, Courses like : latest Grooming Techniques ,veterinary lectures regarding latest viruses and health risks , Health care and risk management , Pet Diet and food programs , First aid courses for humans and animals .

WHAT WE DO & HOW WE DO IT !

We all have something in common, Come to Dubai the land of Dreams and work very hard to build a strong and secure future , then start a family , And as someone once said , NO FAMILY IS COMPLETE WITHOUT A DOG.

We take this sentence very seriousely and we consider it our only job is to complete families by bringing them dogs in Dubai.

Its quite a difficult task to do on your own since you can't simply take a weekend drive to Europe ,look for a breeder, see his puppies personally , then meet the breeder who is only willing to sell the dog at the maximum age of 12 weeks and then find a place to keep the dog for 4 weeks before he is allowed to be shipped to UAE because the law here is very strict about the minimum age of imported puppies which is 16 weeks.

And during those 4 weeks of stay in Europe you have to vaccinate the puppy, Microchip him , contact the kennel club for pedigree certificate , check for health issues on daily bases, Feed him the same food he will eat in Dubai, Take his temperature daily and finally during the last week take a blood sample and send it to the National Lab , wait another week for results and then only be able to contact the airlines , make a flight booking , apply for the permits and paper work then only send the puppy to Dubai .

for you !! That's easily a month wasted . and extra thousands of dirhams as well spent.

As for us we are full equipped and prepared to do this , We have an establishment in Budapest where your puppy stays for a month before he is sent to Dubai , During this month all of the above is taken care of by our experienced staff and veterinarians and meanwhile our Dubai staff are more than ready to accomodate and handle your request with great deal of attention and to reply to your questions as soon as possible , also of course get ready to receive the puppy by applying for the necessary import permit, inspection permit , customs handling , Cargo clearing and transportation to the shop where your puppy stays for 3 days of final quarantine before you can come and collect him from our store hassle free and introduce him to the rest of the family .
