WHY SHOULD I GET MY PUPPY FROM 

 

 

• Step 1 : Submitting your request to Europets 

 

The first step in getting your cute bundle of joy is of course to contact us by Email (Orders@Europets.net) or through the easy Contact us Form in the Contact us Page . 

 

You need to make sure to Mention the following important points 

1. Your Name

2. Your Email Address

3. Your phone Number ( your privacy is protected with us but we need this in case if we find urgent good quality puppies available )

4.The Dog Breed you are looking for ( Multiple choices are also possible ) E.g I am looking for a Labrdor or a golden retriever ..

5. The preffered colour you require . E.g I am looking for a chocolate Labrador

6. The Preffered Gender ( Male or Female ) or ( Any)

• Step 2 : Confirmation and Forwarding your request 

 

We reply to your email within the same working day and usually within 2 business hours . 

We confirm receiving your details and Forward them immidately to our staff in Budapest .

• Step 3 : And the search begins 

 

 

Our staff will immediately start contacting our big list of trusted breeders and look for available litters , This depends on luck 

but most of the time we have been able to revert back with good news within 2-3 Days . and in many cases same day.

 

Once the litter was found Our Budapest team will forward the photos and details to Dubai Team and in return Dubai Team will forward you the photos the same minute the email arrives from Budapest .

• Step 4 : Booking by Deposite 

 

If all went well in previous step 3 you will be asked to make a decision within 24 hours and visit our Dubai Store to make the 50% Advace payment deposite .  Our Staff in the store will Automatically know who you are and answer any questions you might have in mind.

 

If you are not a Dubai Resident and coming to Dubai can take a lot of your time we can forward you our bank details and you can visit any of the many Emirates NDB ATM Machines and deposite the money in our account instead of visiting the store it self . in both cases you will receive a receipt confirming your deposite

• Step 5 : Collecting the puppy from the breeder

 

The Moment you make the deposite an automated email will be sent to Budapest followed by a call to confirm data flow . 

Our staff will be notified with your deposite and will call the breeder and start driving towards him immediately to pick up the little new member of your family.

• Step 6 : Budapest Quarantine and Vaccination Process 

 

Your puppy will stay with us in Budapest for a month during which he/she will be receiving vaccinations , Having the new microchip implemented, Pedigree Certificate withdrawn from the kennel club and will also be regularly moitored for :

                            behavior / temperature and vitals / Appetite / Energy / Any Signs and Symptoms of illness etc..

 

he/she will also be given the Deworming & Parasite protection (Advocate or Frontline) by our Vet.

 

And one week prior to shipping date a blood sample will be taken and sent to the National Hungarian LAB to check the effectevness of the vaccinations given. ( Tests has to come back positive in order for the puppy to be accepted in the shipment )

 

Meanwhile in Dubai we will be preparing  the import permits and for the shipment arrival , you can contact us anytime to ask about the arrival date and if there were any changes ( 1 day earlier or 1 day later can happen somtimes due to airlines rescheduling )

• Step7 : Your Puppy in Dubai

 

The night the shipment arrives to Dubai our staff will be there at the airport ready for collection with all neccessary Documents .

The Airport vet inspection will be conducted and shipment will be realeased and transported to our Quarantine location where the puppy will be in Dubai Quarantine ( For 3 days only to check on after flight effects ) such as cold and diarhea .

• Step 8 : Taking your Puppy home 

 

Finally you can meet your puppy in person and take him home , That magical moment that can't be described , meeting your new cute and curious little friend . 

 

Prior to your arrival at our store our inhouse groomer will give a very nice shower to the puppy and makes sure the nails are clipped , ears been cleaned ,teeth brushed ,Coat fluffed .. Etc..

once you are at the store you just need to spend time asking the guys any questions you might have in mind and to choose the important accessories and sign the Dog Bill of sale which contains the guarantee, and be on your way home with the puppy .

• Step 9 : it Doesn't end here 

 

Buying a dog from us makes you a member of our growing community , We gladly amswer your questions and stay in touch with you via different channels , one of them is our Facebook Page where we always post about care tips , new tricks and many more interesting matters. 

most importantly we often conduct group activities, this will be really valuable especially to new dog owners where they will get to meet new and old dog owners through our Doggie Beach Day Activity for example and share a lot of knowledge and fun stories along the way .
