Q: What is not included in the Health Guarantee Coverage?

 

A: regular illness caused by environment change :

 

1. Cough 

2.Diarhea 

3.Skin Issues ( If the puppy devleoped the skin issue while under our custody full treatment will be handled by Europets )

4. Eye or ear infections 

5.In General : Anything that is not a fatal Virus Leading to or Caused the death of the puppy is Excluded.

Q: What is the validity period of the guarantee ?

 

 

A: 30 Days from the date of Purchase

Q: How Does this guarantee protect me ?

 

A: If your puppy has one of the viruses included in the guarantee and with a confirmed report from the vet all treatment costs as of the moment you contact us onward will be taken care of by Europets . Anything prior to the moment of contacting Europets will not be identified .

If the puppy passed away already (God Forbids) we will refund your full money back.
